Pack 79 is a Cub Scouts pack based out of the Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple in Culver City. We are a family pack and welcome all boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade. While we are based out of the Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, we are a non-denominational pack and respect each other's views and beliefs while each practicing our own.

Cub Scouts is all about encouraging boys and girls to make friends, be helpful to others, and do their very best no matter the outcome. With the help of powerful learning projects and exciting outdoor activities, scouting aims to teach children that doing their best can be a fun and rewarding experience, no matter the difficulty of the challenge.
